Cat Daily Feeding Guidelines

Switch to our rich, wholesome food gradually over several days. Amounts may vary depending on age and activity level.

Feeding bowls should be stainless, glass or food-grade plastic only so the natural oils do not penetrate the bowl over time & distort the flavour of the fresh food!

1.5 kg - 3 lb cat,
3 kg - 6.6 lb cat,
7.5 kg - 16.5 lb cat

Kittens

Happy Tails may be offered to kittens 6 to 8 weeks of age. Moisten single portion with warm water or evaporated milk. Gradually eliminate liquid. 3 to 4 feedings daily.

Adults

Split feedings to twice daily.

Daily Feeding Amounts

• Kittens: 1/8 cup+
• Adults: 1/2 - 3/4 cup
• Jumbo Cats (15 lbs+): 1 cup

Dog Daily Feeding Guidelines

One cup or one tasse = 250 ml

Puppies

Split total daily feeding amounts into three or four feedings, small breeds puppy stage one year, large breeds puppy stage two years.

Adults

Split total daily feeding amounts into two feedings - morning & evening preferred!

Daily Feeding Amounts

• Toy (up to 25 lbs) 1/8 to 1/2 cup total
• Small (25 - 40 lbs) 1/2 to 1-1/2 cups total
• Medium (40 - 60 lbs) 1 to 2 cups total
• Large (60 - 80 lbs) 2 to 3 cups total 
• X-Large (80 - 100 lbs) 3 to 4-1/2 cups total
